Affenpinscher is a toy dog breed, that has a terrier kind of look. The maximum height that this dog will reach is 24 cm - 30 cm. What is unique about this breed is its shaggy coat. This coat is shaggier over the dog’s head and shoulders and this results in a mane like formation here.

Affenpinscher are a adventurous lot and you find them to be lovely pets. They are always active and curious about everything around them. They are also very affectionate dogs and very loyal to their owners.

However, it will take you a bit of time to train them properly, so be patient on this point. You also need to look after their coat by regulalry grooming about two or three times a week.
